Hey there my fellow foodies! I have got a recipe that will make you lick your fingers clean and ask for more. It’s a Chicken Marinara with Pasta and Fresh Mozzarella dish that is absolutely drool-worthy. So, put on your apron and let's get started!

Chicken Marinara with Pasta and Fresh Mozzarella

First things first, we need to know what goes into making this mouth-watering dish.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts – 2
  • Spaghetti – 8 ounces
  • Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Diced onions – 1/2 cup
  • Diced garlic – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Cans of crushed tomatoes – 2
  • Dry white wine – 1/2 cup
  • Red pepper flakes – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper – 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375F degrees.
  2. Take the chicken breasts and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides. Heat up a frying pan with olive oil. Once the oil is heated, cook the chicken breasts for around 5 minutes on each side or until it turns golden brown.
  3. Let the chicken cool down and then slice it up into thin pieces.
  4. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions given on the pack and then drain the water. Transfer the spaghetti to a baking dish and then add the sliced chicken breasts on top
  5. In another pan, heat up olive oil and then add the diced onion. Sauté the onions for around 5 minutes or until they turn translucent.
  6. Add garlic and stir for another minute.
  7. Add the canned crushed tomatoes, dry white wine, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture well and let it simmer for around 20 minutes.
  8. Pour this marinara sauce over the chicken breasts and spaghetti.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and put this in the oven for around 20 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
  10. Once that is done, take the dish out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes.
  11. Your Chicken Marinara with Pasta and Fresh Mozzarella is now ready to be served!
