What You'll Need:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 package spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are soft.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat the noodles in the sauce.
