Today I want to share my favorite recipe for Spaghetti Casserole Bake! This dish is so simple to make and always a crowd pleaser. Plus, it’s a great way to use up any leftover spaghetti you may have in the fridge.

Baked Spaghetti Casserole with Sour Cream

Baked Spaghetti Casserole with Sour Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of spaghetti
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  3. While the spaghetti is cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir until the noodles are coated with the beef mixture.
  7. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the spaghetti.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
  3. While the spaghetti is cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the can of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir until the noodles are coated with the beef mixture.
  7. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the spaghetti.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
