  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, salt, and pepper over medium heat until combined.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce and toss to coat.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and toss to combine.
