Ingredients:

  • 1 pound uncooked pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and jalapeño pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until softened.
