  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add zucchini, yellow squash, and bell pepper; cook until tender.
